HANDLING
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid prologed breathing of vapours. In case of contact flush with plenty of water. Keep drums away from heat and open flames. Store in a cool area. Corrosion Inhibitor CRSN 1044 retains corrosion and fouling inhibition properties at high temperatures and in low pH systems. The product has practically no emulsification effect on treated streams.Typical application of Corrosion Inhibitor CRSN 1044 is in the vapour lines of all refinery towers, including atmoshperic and vacuum distillation units, and catalytic units, where corrosion and fouling protection of overhead equipment and tower internals is nescessary.
Corrosion Inhibitor CRSN 1044 is recommended at a dosage of 3-10 ppm, depending upon the stream corrosioness.
