Dosage
Concentration / Dosage of Clean Oil Washing Oil
- On-Line Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Wash Oil with 4–5 parts demineralized water; inject per OEM wash skid settings.
- Off-Line Cleaning: Dilute 1 part Wash Oil with 3–4 parts demineralized water; circulate through compressor while cranking.
- Always follow OEM turbine manufacturer guidelines for wash procedures.
