RXSOL-18-1011-020 is Exciting product treated for prevention of rusting by chemical coating. This product is Single component rust neutralizing system giving excellent adhesion to subsequent painting materials. on applying to metal surface it penetrates through and chemically reacts with the rust on the surfaces and forms a fine coherent film of protective coating on the surface which also serves as an excellent base for the primer.
Rust convertor RXSOL-18-1011-025 is polymeric reaction based material, After reaction with rusted particle gives inert atmosphere by leaving polymeric pricipitate on metal surface.

APPLICATION, DOSAGE & CONTROL:-
It is necessary chemically cleaned to remove old rust & scale deposits before treatment.
DIP CLEANING: -
Small parts may be dipped in an open bucket or tank-containing RXSOL-18-1011 after dipping immediately removes the metals parts from bath. Finally wash the system with water on complete drying. Acid proof gloves should be worn during the operation.
Dosage
WIPPING OR BRUSHING: -
Large components may be wiped down Rags, Sponges, or Brushes soaked in RXSOL-18-1011 .Synthetic sponges & brushes should be checked for compatibility with RXSOL-18-1011 prior to use. And finally wash the system with water after 2-3 hours on black coating , incase where RXSOL-RC-1011/B dries leaving a coat of white sludge formation wipe out with a cloth and repeat the application then allow to dry. Again wash the system with water. The surface is now ready for primer.

Introduction: When a piece of iron is left exposed to ordinary moist air, it is found covered with reddish brown coating which can easily be detached & is called dust The process of formation of dust is called rusting. Exciting product treated for prevention of rusting by chemical coating

Machanism : Rust is a secondary product & does not adhere to the surface. It therefore affords no protection for the metals surface. Instead it promotes further corrosion by excluding oxygen. By giving barrier film of chemical treatment, in between iron and atmospheric oxygen, Iron is protected from further rusting.

Packaging,Handling, First Aid & Storage: RXSOL-18-1011 is normally supplied in drums containing 25 or 210 Liters.RXSOL-18-1011 is acidic. Contact may cause eye injury and skin irritation. Do not take internally and avoid contact with eyes & prolonged or repeated contact with the skin. Incase of contact wash affected skin with plenty of water. Flush eyes immediately with cupious amount of clean water for at least 15 min & obtain medical attention. Store RXSOL-18-1011securely in dry area. Keep container closed when not in use. Recommended storage limit in unopened drums is 2 years.
