Bearing And Chain Cleaning Solution Silencer Pipe Cleaner Disc Separator Powerful cleaner is specailized cleaing chemicals detergent for stainless steel separator & purifier Discs. RXSOL-16-1007-025 is an extremely effective for removal of carbonaceous deposits and SALT DEPOSITION ( Salts of Calcium Carbonate etc. ) burnt grease, carbon deposit, oily residues and lacquers found in fuel oil and lube oil purifiers filters and fuel oil separators.

Bearing And Chain Cleaning Solution Silencer Pipe Cleaner Separator Cleaner is a colorless, strong acid, liquid cleaning agent with strong degreasing properties.  This product can only be used on austenitic stainless steel and is corrosive on all other metals.

Biosol Degreaser  – Biosol Degreaser is a concentrated liquid cleaning agent designed for the manual removal of oil, grease, wax or other contaminants from the exterior surfaces of machinery, floors, tank tops or other components. It may also be used to clean the interior surfaces of heat exchangers and piping systems in processes where oil, grease or wax is present.

Descalant  - Descalant is a concentrated liquid cleaning agent designed for the removal of scale, magnetite, algae, humus, shellfish including mussels, lime, rust and other deposits in water systems such as pipes, heat exchangers, centrifugal pumps, and operating water systems for separators.

Metal Bright
An acidic cleaning liquid with a phosphoric acid base specifically designed for the removal of metallic oxides, rust, calcium carbonate and other inorganic scale.

Alkaline Cleaner

A strong alkaline cleaning liquid specifically designed for the neutralization of used Metal Bright prior to disposal.

Alkali Cleaner RXSOL ORG - 6

A strong alkaline cleaning liquid with a caustic soda base specifically designed for the removal of biological matter, fat, oil and other organic deposits from heat exchangers and related equipment.

Safe Acid Descalex Powder 

An acidic cleaning powder with a sulphamic acid base and a corrosion inhibitor that is particularly effective for removing calcium carbonate and other inorganic scale.

RIG wash Powder  

An alkaline powder that is specifically designed for the neutralization of used RIG WASH powder prior to disposal.

Dosage

For General cleaning it Should be diluted ,at the rate of 1-parts RXSOL-41-4199-025 to 5-parts water,( Or 1:1 ratio of any solvent like diesel ) before use or depend  on nature of dirt / contamination  . For Heavy deposition , immerse the stainless Steel DISCS in the container with concentrated RXSOL-41-4199-025  for 15 minutes to 3 Hrs.  At 50 to 60°C ( Heating is not necessary ) . 

After the unit or parts have been satisfactorily cleaned, remove the discs by using RUBBER GLOVES and rinse thoroughly with fresh water. It is recommended that this product is not used on soft metal, Zinc,Tin, Galvanized surfaces or Anodized Aluminium. Then separator discs can be used immediately. 

NOTE:- 
Recirculation  and  heating will improves the cleaning action.

For Heavy Duty Cleaning

Separator Cleaner can only be used for cleaning stainless steel separator discs. Fill a stainless steel or plastic container with pure Separator Cleaner. Immerse the stainless steel discs in the container and let the product act for 30 minutes up to a maximum of 2 hours.  Heating the product is not necessary. Do not put the discs closely packed into the liquid but take care that there is enough space between them so that the product can work properly. Remove the discs from the bath (wear rubber gloves) and rinse with a powerful water jet. The cleaned separator discs can be used immediately.

How to Use Disc Separator Cleaner (RXSOL-41-4199-025)

1. Prepare the Cleaning Solution:

   • Dilute the Disc Separator Cleaner with water.

   • Typical dilution ratio: 1 part cleaner to 3–5 parts water, depending on the level of contamination.

2. Soak the Discs:

   • Place the stainless steel discs or separator parts into a suitable soaking tank.

   • Pour the prepared solution until the parts are fully submerged.

3. Soaking Time:

   • Allow the parts to soak for 2 to 4 hours.

   • For heavily carbonized or greasy components, longer soaking may be needed (overnight if necessary).

4. Light Agitation (if possible):

   • Occasionally stir the solution or gently agitate the parts to speed up the cleaning process.

5. Rinsing:

   • After soaking, remove the parts and rinse thoroughly with fresh water.

   • Make sure all chemical residues are completely removed.

6. Drying:

   • Allow the parts to air dry or wipe them with a clean, dry cloth before reassembling.

7. Safety Tips:

   • Always wear gloves, goggles, and suitable protective clothing.

   • Ensure good ventilation during use.

   • Dispose of used solution according to local regulations.
