Antiscalant RO 4101
Antiscalant RO 4101 is specially designed to control the development of scale in seawater distillation plants. It is based on a synergistic blend of phosphonates which are found to be more effective than other polymers at controlling carbonate and sulphate scale formation in sea water distillation units .

Dosage
In general PRACTICE :
Antiscalant 4101 should be dosed continuously to the feed water upstream of the cartridge filters. Typical dosage rates are 2 – 4 mg/L.*
Antiscalant 9209 RX can be diluted and is fully miscible with water in all proportions.
*The correct dosage rate is dependant upon several parameters, including feed temperature, pH, and chemical analysis and will be specified by your consultant after a detailed survey of your plant. To obtain the best results, Antiscalant 4101 RO should be added continuously using a suitable metering pump. Dosage depends on LSI/CSI, sulfate saturation, temperature, recovery, and feed ion profile.
